Welcome to Consignor registration for the JBF Schaumburg Spring sale! 

Consignor drop off is:

 Sun 4/14: 2pm-7pm

Mon 4/15: 10am-7pm

Tues 4/16: 10am-12pm

Consignor pick up is:

Sunday 4/21: 2:30-4:30pm

 There are 2 steps to complete consignor registration:

1. Create or login to your JBF tagging site and "sign up" for the JBF Schaumburg spring sale. You can also sign up for a team member shift to earn an extra 10%! You can do this here:

2. Finish registering here- 

*Choose a drop off time AND a pickup time if you are picking up unsold items. You can choose to pay the consignor fee now or choose to have it taken out of your check after the sale. Shopping passes will be given at consignor drop off.

Consignor Registration fee - for consignors with over 500 items- pay now $15

If you are bringing over 500 total items you must email Sally at [email protected] AND come to the sort shift on Sat 4/20 at 3:00pm to sort your own items ( this does not count towards the extra 10%, you will need to work a regular shift for that). You can leave with them that evening. If you are donating ALL you do not have to come to the sort shift.

CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT AND WAIVER:

I understand that Consignor Registration Fees and Valet Consignor Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and are only valid for the JBF Schaumburg Spring Event.

I understand and agree that JBF Schaumburg is not responsible for any type of loss including fire, theft, or damage to my items. Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, and is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. Clothing with no rips or stains. All items, if needed, will be dropped off with working batteries. I understand I may incur additional charges if any battery operated items I am consigning require a battery replacement during the event in order to show that the item is in working condition. JBF Schaumburg/Palatine attempts to account for all merchandise that a consignor brings in, but theft, loss and mistakes during check-out or sorting can happen.

I understand that I will receive a payout of 60% on sold items less any fees incurred including battery replacements or consignor fees. If I work a shift I will earn 70% of my earnings. I understand that my check will be mailed to me within 14 days of the final date of the event. I have my correct mailing address in my JBF consignor account. The check will be delayed if the address is not correct and a $35 fee will be incurred if a check is lost or misplaced.

I have read the "what we accept" for the spring sale AND the full consignor guide. I understand the limits for maternity, infant clothing, bedding etc.

For consignors’ protection, alterations to the tags (lowering/increasing price or adding/removing a star) WILL NOT be accepted any time during the sale. Any tags that I wish to change the price or reduce/donate status need to be RE-PRINTED and attached to the item before my Drop-off time. I understand tags without a star will be reduced for the 50% off days.

I understand that any item brought to the sale with a selling price of $20 or more must be checked in at consignor drop off by the consignor check in team member. This item also needs to have a pink security tag attached to it before it is put on the floor.

I understand that my items will be inspected after drop off and unacceptable (overly-worn, stained, damaged, etc.) items will be removed from the sales floor. Unacceptable items marked donate will automatically be donated. JBF reserves the right to remove unacceptable items from the sales floor throughout the sale.

I understand that consignor pick-up (for any unsold items) is on April 21 from 2:30pm-4:30pm. I understand that any items not picked up during this time will be donated at 4:31pm. I agree to check clothing racks, floor, lost and found, and missing tag items before completing final checkout.
